Jo Lindner posted fitness-related tricks techniques, routines, and tips in his Instagram. Jo passed away from an aneurysm on June 30, 2023. He was just 30 years old. The pain in Jo's neck was evident just prior to his passing. The death news was confirmed by a friend of the bodybuilder Noel Deyzel via Instagram on July 1, 2023 and then by his former girlfriend Nicha.
